Kamini has been in the field of training for IELTS, spoken English, communication skills, personality development, aviation and hospitality, for several years now. She has diverse work experience ranging from aviation, to hospitality, to training, and has worked for multinational companies like Swissair, Swiss International airlines, AHA, Man Singh group, Ascot Asia, Linguasoft and so on. She started her career in the aviation industry as cabin crew and then went on to work in hospitality sector, to working in training academies and finally chose the line of soft skills and communication as her forte. She has had comprehensive exposure to multicultural experiences and has used the knowledge extensively to successfully train her students into fine young people happily excelling in their various field of work. She enjoys training numerous people from all walks of life and has helped many to overcome their shortcomings in a kind, warm and compassionate manner. She is friendly, empathetic and yet focused and wishes to touch as many lives as possible and help millions realize their true potential and lead fulfilling lives. She firmly believes in a famous saying,” You are never given a wish, without being given the power to make it come true; you have to work at it though.”
